摘要

卵泡刺激素是垂体糖蛋白激素家族中的一种,它对于维持正常的生殖功能具有十分重要意义,尤其是对阐明生殖生理过程、诊断和治疗生殖系统疾病非常重要。卵泡刺激素的生物学活性是一系列复杂进程的综合:从垂体中合成释放,存在于血液循环中,随血液循环转运至靶器官,与靶点受体结合,调节生长发育,卵泡成熟和精子发生等。本文综述了近年来在卵泡刺激素结构、功能及其与疾病关系的研究进展。

Abstract

Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is a member of glycoprotein hormone superfamily. It is crucial in maintaining normal fertilization, especially in elucidating fertilization process, diagnosing and curing reproductive system diseases. The activation of FSH is a series of comprehensive process. It is synthesized and secreted by the gonadotroph cells in the anterior pituitary gland and transported through blood to the target organ and binds to the target receptors to regulate development, growth, follicular maturation, and spermatogenesis. This article reviews the research progress in the structure, function, and related diseases of FSH these years.
